At the Christine Buckley Centre, we provide unwavering support and opportunities for learning to Survivors of institutional abuse and their families. Our primary goal is to offer a haven characterised by warmth, dignity, respect, and safety, where survivors of various institutions can find solace and healing. We are proud to extend our person-centred services to survivors and their families, regardless of whether they come from religious or state-run institutions.
The trauma of abuse can last a lifetime.
Our Education and Support service help adults who have experienced childhood abuse in industrial schools as well as those who suffered abuse as young adults in Magdalene Laundries and Mother and Baby instutions.
